BlackRAW Visor processes camera originals on your device. This policy explains the limited product telemetry used to improve reliability and feature design.
Media Processing
BRAW media is opened from its original location — external SSD, iCloud Drive or local storage — and is not uploaded to BlackRAW or TelemetryDeck. File operations remain local unless you explicitly choose an export or a destination provided by iOS.
Analytics & Telemetry
The app uses TelemetryDeck for product telemetry such as app version, operating system and feature events. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Earlier app versions may have included a selected clip's filename in diagnostic event parameters; no BRAW media was uploaded. A removal and containment request has been submitted for that historical field. This website uses Plausible for aggregate traffic statistics.
In-App Purchases
BlackRAW Visor uses Apple's StoreKit framework for in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. TRISIMIO SL does not have access to your payment information, billing address, or Apple ID.
Photos Library Access
The app may request access to your Photos library solely to save exported video files. This permission is optional, controlled by you through iOS Settings, and can be revoked at any time.
External Storage Access
The app uses iOS security-scoped bookmarks to access files on external storage devices. These bookmarks are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to any server. When you revoke access, the bookmarks are invalidated.
Children's Privacy
BlackRAW Visor is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
